When You Register With Us
We do not collect personal information from visitors except by specific request. If you are just browsing, we do not seek personal information about you. If you wish to receive special promotional products, or otherwise register with us, our registration form will ask you to provide information, including your billing address, shipping address, and email address. You may supply as much or as little information as you like. We use this information provided to speed subsequent orders. We do not make ANY information available to other companies. Click on "My Account" at any time to update your profile, billing or shipping information. Login and then click "Update Account."
When You Place Your Order
Our order form asks you to give us information specific to that order, including your billing address, shipping address and email address. This information is used to process and send your orders. We also use the information to contact you if there is a problem with your order. We may also use the information to contact you for feedback on our products and services. We do not share this information with outside parties. We do not make our customer list available to other companies.
Secured (Encrypted) Transactions
When you place an order with us you enter a secured area of the site. This is for your protection. Any information you exchange with us cannot be viewed by anyone else on the Web. You will need a browser that supports secured transactions. If you see a box or boxes pop up just click OK to enter into a secured connection. You may want to add us to your "trusted sites" to prevent boxes from popping up in the future.
Signing Up for Email Newsletters
When you register or place an order with us you are eligible to sign up on our email list. Periodically, we send a newsletter to members on our email list. The newsletter features news about new product offerings and specials. We do not make our list available to other companies.
